Eatalian Food Tour Booking Terms and Conditions

1. Payment and Booking
Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm participation.
Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express. PayPal is available upon request.
All prices are listed and charged in Euros (€).
Customers are responsible for any bank fees, conversion costs, or transaction charges incurred through their chosen payment method.
A booking is considered confirmed only once full payment has been successfully processed.
2. Cancellations and Refunds
Full refunds are available for cancellations made more than 24 hours before the tour start time.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour start time are non-refundable.
A one-time rescheduling request is permitted with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
Late arrivals must notify us immediately. Participation in the tour is not guaranteed for late arrivals and is not eligible for refund.
3. Health Conditions and Physical Requirements
Our tours are approximately 3.5 hours long and conducted entirely on foot, often over uneven surfaces. A reasonable level of physical fitness is required. While we can accommodate gluten-free and vegetarian diets with advance notice (as stated on our website), we may not be able to cater to other dietary restrictions, food allergies, or medical conditions. Participants are solely responsible for informing us of any relevant health issues or allergies at the time of booking. Participation is at your own risk, and we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

4. Meeting Point and Tour Logistics
Meeting point details will be confirmed by Eatalian Food Tour via email prior to the tour date. We reserve the right to update or change the meeting point and other logistical details if necessary, with reasonable notice provided to participants. It is the participant’s responsibility to check and arrive at the correct location on time.

5. Assumption of Risk and Limitation of Liability
By participating in any Eatalian Food Tour experience, you voluntarily assume all associated risks, including but not limited to personal injury, illness (including food allergies), loss, theft, or property damage.
Eatalian Food Tour, its owners, affiliates, agents, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any direct or indirect injury, damage, delay, or loss arising from your participation, even if caused in part by negligence.
You are solely responsible for your personal health, safety, and belongings.
We strongly encourage participants to obtain comprehensive travel insurance prior to the tour.
6. Minors
Individuals under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the entire experience.
The accompanying adult assumes full responsibility for the safety, behavior, and supervision of the minor.
7. Participant Conduct
All participants must follow instructions provided by tour guides and behave respectfully.
Eatalian Food Tour reserves the right to remove any participant, without refund, for disruptive, unsafe, inappropriate, or illegal behavior.
8. Third-Party Services
Certain aspects of the tour may be provided by independent third parties (e.g., restaurants, transportation providers).
Eatalian Food Tour is not responsible or liable for the actions, errors, delays, or negligence of these third-party service providers.
Any issues with third-party services must be resolved directly with the provider.
9. Force Majeure
Eatalian Food Tour is not liable for cancellations, changes, or disruptions due to events beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, civil unrest, adverse weather, or public health emergencies).
Refunds are not guaranteed under such circumstances.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Delaware.
Prior to legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good faith negotiation or mediation.
11. Photography and Media Release
By participating in the tour, you consent to Eatalian Food Tour taking photographs, video, or other media recordings that may include your likeness. These may be used for promotional or marketing purposes without compensation. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform your guide at the start of the tour.

12. Travel Insurance
We recommend all Eatalian Food Tour clients purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
13. Indemnification
By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Eatalian Food Tour, its directors, employees, affiliates, agents, and contractors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, expenses, and legal fees arising out of or related to your participation in the tour or any breach of these terms.
